Project Valuation

We use the information obtained with the Market Analysis reports and combine them with the project’s construction costs and the developers’ financial goals and economic capacities, in order to produce financial projections and forecast models for a 5 year period and a 10 year period. Financial indicators as a result of the models will show internal rate of return, profit & loss statements, cash flow models, return on investment, etc. Additional financial analysis and interpretation of all these indicators will be included as well. This component is critical for landing any project into real economic terms.
